Hi, I finally got my book in the mail, "THE ULTRASIMPLEDIET" and was so happy. I started reading the book and as I was reading, I begin to scratch the left side of my face and leg and hand etc. I won't be able to begin the detox until maybe next week, but I can get ready and maybe do some things,I can do some things. The itching that I have is poison ivy and since I have it all on the left side of my face and right at my eye, the Dr. put me on medication. I will be eating everything in sight. But I wanted to say hello and hope all of you are as enthused as I am.  This really seems like something I will easily be able to do. I so look forward to starting. Good luck to all of you. Millie
