Costs for Groceries

Hi all,

I just finished reading the UltraMetabolism book and am ready to start the diet next monday. I was looking over the shopping list provided that will supply you for one week. There is a lot there, and I was wondering if anyone has any input as to how much it costs per week to maintain this diet? I am currently budgeting 100-150/wk for groceries...will this be enough to sustain a whole foods way of life? (I live in PA, and i understand costs may vary greatly from state to state)

I've never exclusively shopped for whole foods and would love some input!
