Confused on Program....

Hi, I am just starting this program and I am confused about the quantity of food I can have during the 7 day period. I ordered the prepared foods for the week and I noticed that in the book, there is more food available to eat. For example, the book says you can have more shakes throughout the day if you are hungry. The food I bought for the week only allows for 1 shake in the morning and I am definately hungry. Can I have more shakes throughout the day or will that enhibit my weight loss?

Yes, you can have more shakes. The checklist shows 3 additional optional shakes to be made without flax or oil. You can have two snack shakes and one with lunch.
I would not go out and buy the additional rice protein powder, unless you really like it. The soy shake and the nut butter shakes are both good and the cost is a little better at least for your initial output.
You should have the receipe, but if not just let me know and I will break it down for you.

Hello,
I have been drinking 2 to 3 shakes a day with the soy protien in them, but the flax seed and oil only in the breakfast shake. I heave lost 8lbs in the 1st 7 days....
I don't know if this helps you, since I just began as well....

Wow! 8 pounds already. That is great! I cant believe I havent lost any weight yet and I am almost done with my first week. I am not sure why either as I follow pretty good except I am not doing the olive oil in the morning or too many of the broth drinks. I weigh 133 pounds and am 5"6". I am hoping to lose about 15. Are you following the program pretty close?

At 5'6" and 133lbs, you most likely will not see that type of rapid weight loss and I wonder why you want to. I remember being that size and honestly feel I was more fit at 145lbs. Right now I have well exceeded both and would be happy to get back to 160lbs.
My point is just to appreciate where you are and strive to be healthier. You may find that with this plan you will feel less bloated and have more energy to exercise. If you focus on being fit, a solid body that is even 145lbs looks better that an out of shape 135lbs. Don't get sucked into all the hype to be a size 2, it may not be your optimal weight.
