I am just starting the USD and I have to say that I am a bit intimidated.  I have a question regarding the Ultra Shake.  I read that you are only to use flax-seed in 2 shakes per day.  Does this mean the borage/flax oil or the ground flax-seeds?

 Its just the flax seeds that are in 2 shakes per day only. Hope this helps.

I'm a little confused on the 1 TBSP of Borage Oil . . . is that only in 1 shake a day???

I only have one shake a day, I don't need the additional. If you do have more than the breakfast shake you can put the flaxseed and borage oil in one additional shake.  You are 'allowed' to have more shakes if you are hungry, just don't add the flax seeds and borage oil.

Soy Vs Rice in the Ultra Shake

Can I substitue Soy protein for the rice protein?  Cause I have trouble finding the Rice around where I live. 

OH HI BTW  Just starting and boy is this mindblowing stuff.  I'm gonna be asking lots of questions in the coming days LOL

You can substitute soy for rice protein.

 

There are many protein powders on the market – soy, rice, whey, egg,
pea protein and more. The main thing to be concerned about is what ELSE
in in them – sugar, artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols,
non-nutritive chemicals or food additives. Try to use products from
health food stores which tend to be better, or from companies that
cater to health practitioners such as Metagenics.
