Switching times of Meals: Lunch for Breakfast, etc/Taste of Ultra Shake

I usually have a good breakfast. On this diet, I am very hungry because of the lack of real food. Can I switch Lunch for Breakfast and have the Ultra Shake for Lunch instead of for Breakfast? What about other foods to switch? Is there a difference in the results?

 Also having trouble getting used to the taste of the Ultra Shake. The taste is not very good and I think that is due to the Rice Protein. Is there something else instead of Rice Protein that would make this drink taste better?

many people switch the meals around to fit their lifestyles.

 

I would recommend trying the version 3 shake without rice protein.  This is a great shake!
