 I work closely with children and adults all day. I often chew gum or suck on mints to keep breath fresh as well as to curb hunger. I can't seem to find gum or candy that doesn't have something off limits during the Ultra Simple Diet Plan. Help! lindaj in vt

I know this post is really old, but I don't see any responses.

I chew a mint leaf or two after meals.  They're strong, fresh and organic.

-mid
