Soy Allergy

I have an allergy to soy and have been using unsweetened coconut milk and coconut yogurt over the past couple of months. It's a new thing in the grocery stores and the brand name is SoDelicious. I've used almond milk, rice milk, and hemp milk in the past but have found that the unsweetened coconut milk is by far my favorite. Is this okay to use on this plan? I just started and didn't see coconut anywhere on the approved of or not approved of lists.

Doing the UltraSimple Diet
I know coconut milk is allowed, but I'm not sure if you should make it a staple of your diet. Dr. Hyman uses it in a very good coconut chicken recipe. It might be fine in place of soy milk, but Dr. Hyman doesn't suggest using soy milk very much. It is mostly used in breakfast recipes. I think I might check the SoDelicious brand. I think I may have a soy allergy as well. Good luck.
