Resetting program

I filled out my health questionnaire and health tracker  and other subjects a week ago but I'm only now starting the diet but according to the site I'm on day 7 when I'm just starting tomorrow (Monday, July22).  Does anyone know how to reset the program?  I tried to resubmit everything but that hasn't helped.  Thanks!

I had the same thing happen.  Although I would love to be on day 7, I'm just getting started this Sunday.

If you start to view and post a week early, as some people are doing now, the computer "thinks" you are enrolled in the program when you first sign in.  You might try posting something to Technical Support at the end of the message boards list to see if they can tell you what to do.

Please reset my diet. I thought I was just doing prep work and not starting yet. Please consider an option to start on a certain day verses when you enroll or put a warning that the program will start as soon as you register. Thank you.
