Recipe Software

Are the starter recipes in Ultrametabolism available for use in a recipe software program, such as "Home Cookin". Is there any way I could get my hands on those recipes in text format, without having to type them into my recipe program? This would be a huge help, as I'm trying to nurse my ill wife back to health.
