I just finished the week of the Ultra Simple Diet and I feel great. I lost bout 8-10 pounds! I'm going on to do the Ultra Metabolism diet, but I have a few questions.

-I find myself needing to snack a lot and supplement meals with almond butter and rice cakes or hummus and rice crackers. I also have been eating coconut date rolls and dried fruit as a dessert because I get sweet cravings around 10 at night. any suggestions?

-Also, can I drink black tea? I miss it so much.
