I have purchased meals to start on Sunday and am not sure when they will be delivered.  Does anyone know how to check on this?  Is there a customer service number? Thanks!

Yes, the number is 1-888-858-7251.  They are very helpful and friendly!

And as an aside...I have received meals from these folks for this week, and you should know that you might want to buy some extra ultrabroth (he refers to a couple of good alternatives to buy from the store).  They only provide one serving of ultrabroth a day.  

it's funny, the one biggest reason that I bought the prepared meals was when I did a trial run of making the ultrabroth at home, it tasted 
and smelled terrible!!

The ultrabroth they send you is delicious...

Thanks so much, Linda.  I have been trying this on my own this week and actually love my homemade ultrabroth!  I am not a great cook by any means, so it's neat that this recipe has worked for me! I guess I will make some more for next week as well.

No problem.  Yes, I have enjoyed most of the prepared meals.  I already like chicken and fish, so it was easy for me to like the main dishes.  

I have also liked the soups (yummy), especially the three bean hearty stew.  I hope to figure out the recipe, because it tasted just as good as stew with beef or chicken, I was quite pleasantly surprised!!   The chicken has always been moist and tasty, and the cod fish yummy too.
 
The veggies, however, have been touch and go.  I know that it is hard to prepare veggies to a state that is perfect when reheated (especially asparagus, which I normally love).  They include alot of variations on the theme of  broccoli and carrots (whcih travel well).

On a positive note, the shakes are quite good (all three versions).  My tip is to add about 1/2 cup of unsweetened soy or almond milk (whichever you prefer) to them, and it improves the texture for me, and it feels like you're getting a bit more in your stomach for breakfast.  

Hope that wasn't more information than you  wanted!!  I'm having a tough time today, so this is a good distraction for me.  I wish you all the best with your upcoming week!!

Thanks again, Linda.  So sorry that today is a tough one for you.  Hang in there.  My thoughts are with you. I am looking forward to getting the meals on Saturday and seeing if eating these makes any great difference in how I feel and how much I am losing vs my own.  I am also excited that I don't have to think about anything. I have lost about 3 pounds this week, which is good for me.  I would love to lose a total of 10, and I usually lose very slowly.  It has been great to see some loss each day.  We had dinner out last night and I had a portobello mushroomwith veggies on it.  No gain this AM! Hope the rest of your day is better.Laughing

Hi Linda, I am on my first week of the Ultrasimple plan and will be finishing up on Saturday.  I like you, have been struggling a bit these past 2 days, but have not gotten off plan.  I want to finish this week and then continue on to the Ultrametabolism plan for the next 2 weeks.  I have already made a huge batch of broth, and really it isn't much more different that what we are doing now.  Sorry, I am rambling, I am trying to keep my mind off of my headache ;)
