hit a Plateau ...now what?

9 weeks I completed the 7 day UltraSimple Diet and basically stayed very close to on it for a month..Lost 20pounds .NOW i have not lost a pound in the last 6 weeks....i am doing cardio 5 days a week 30-45 minutes at HR at 70%...plus i have not eaten any sugar, sweatners, caffine, gluten( bread) or dairy or fatty meats...i drink a shake in the moring, snack on sunflowers during the day, greek salads for lunch and grilled chicken or fish for supper...EVERY day.......maybe once a week Ill eat some dark chocolate as a snack............What in the heck is going oN?.

You may not be eating enough calories. I believe, someone correct me if I am wrong, that we should eat at least 100 calories for each pound of current weight to maintain, but go no lower than 500 calories less to have weight loss. You also need to allow for calories used during exercise.
Another consideration may be one of the 7 keys for weight loss that Dr Hyman explains in his book the Ultra Metabolism, which includes screening test for each key and recommendations for supplements for each. This is the expanded version of the Ultra Simple diet and it allows for a broader range of foods and meal plans for a week.
Recently I have read about the benefits of interval training for more weightloss from your workouts. Generally it includes intense burst of activity, like running for 1 minute then walking for 5. You might try www.prevention.com for more information.
