Should I not take the medications prescribed by my personal phys. while on the ultrasimplediet first week?

One is PrilosecOTC for acid reflux. Diagnosis: GERD and Barrett's esophagus.

Megadose of Vit.D (50,000IU weekly/for 4 weeks): per my Rheumatologist.

I notice there is Vit.D in one of the supplements - so could I take too much?!?!

You should continue to work with your physician while on the UltraSimple Diet.

You should tskip the additional Vitamin D as you are already taking it per your rheumatologist.
