My daughter is allergic to Rosemary.
So many of the recommended foods contain Rosemary.
Is there a substitute that you would recommend?

Rosemary has unique culinary characteristics. Thus, I would encourage you to just experiment with other culinary herbs - for example, I am making an Italian dish this morning that calls for rosemary - instead I might add some oregano, basil, Bay leaf, etc (or increase the amount of the other herbs in the recipe). So no, hard and fast rules, just have fun experimenting.
For antiinflammatory benefits, other spices such as turmeric and ginger offer an anti-inflammatory benefit!
