book: "UltraWellness"?

I was thumbing through a book by this title (I'm pretty sure, anyway!) at an acquantance's while traveling, but now I can't seem to find it (on Amazon or here).  Anyway, the book I was reading had multiple checklists for determining whether you might be lacking in critical nutrients and for whether you might be exposed to certain toxins.

Very interested to get this book (or just the checklists themselves) to get clues on some symptoms my wife and I are having.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If it is one of Dr Hyman's books....it might have been Ultra Prevention....good luck in your searchLaughing
