Doing the UltraSimple Diet
Every time I try to take a B complex vitamin it seems as if my anxiety symptoms start to return. My body just feels very jittery. I have been anxiety free now for almost 8 months. My nutrionalist suggested that I start taking CO B Plex. I told her that I had toruble taking a b complex vitamin when my anxiety was at its peak. She encouraged me to try again. Within in five days of taking it my body started feeling jittery. I might add that my mind seems to be completely calm -
Has anyone else ever experienced this from taking B vitamins - I can take B-12 without any problems at all. I also had a similar problem with GABA

I use B-complex for a little energy boost. I use a liquid that goes under the tongue for 30 seconds. It works for me well enough that I avoid using it late in the day so I won't have trouble sleeping. So, yeah, it might make you a littled jittery like caffeine.
If your doctor is recommending B-complex, maybe the doctor would agree to also test the current levels of B in your body.
(My father is having some serious problems right now, mostly with walking. A neurologist ordered a blood test which included B12. His results showed a minumum level...and that might have been because I gave him a bit of B-complex within the past week. I read that extremely low levels can cause MS type symptoms.)
