Hi.  I'm on day 3 of week one.  So far I'm feeling great.  I was a little dizzy the first day. Walked the second day. Went to the gym this morning (usually 3x/wk).  Every Saturday I go on a long bike ride with friends (23 miles). I usually will have an energy drink and sport goo to make it through the ride.  I'd like to ride this week and was wondering if there's anything "legal" to take with me. Maybe a banana and nuts?
