water exercise

I have been told that water esxercise is very good for fibromyalgia- I found a physical therapy complex near me that has exercise classes and the water is about 94 degrees- it felt very good- there may be a chlorine issue- but from what i have heard about fibro- it just won't go away unless one's posture is about excellent and there is consistent regular water exericee involved. My history is to go whole hog and overdo it and put myself in a fibro flare-up- but i am going to take it slower than i have before. In my opinion it is the only thing that will reverse my alpha-delta sleep disturbance and give me a full nights worht of refreshing sleep- i actually started yawning today as i was doing the exercies- i don't know why this is from a physiologic standpoint, but i think it is a good thing. Socialing with people also was good- one thing that fibro people don't get much of i would think. I am nearing a 100% internal convincing that my fibro will never get any better unless i get in the pool. land exercises just seem to wear me out for some reason at least at this point.
