I started picking up my exercise by mall walking- however I went at it too rigorously and developed a stress fracture in my foot. I now am wearing a boot cast for 2 weeks. It is a little discouraging, but having been on the ultramind solution with the basic supplement package for about 10 days- I am starting to feel better- so I just see the stress fracture as a small bump in the road. I am a little discouraged, but not really too much- I am just glad that I am starting to feel better and the boot cast is a simple reminder that I need to take it slow. My orthopedic doc told me i can still mall walk-with the boot on- but only if I am having no pain.

Sorry to hear about your injury. I hurt my elbow playing tennis and have been nursing it for a couple of months, so I understand that frustration. I purchased a stability ball for $10 just sitting on it and gently bouncing as you swing your arms is suprisingly areobic. If you add a couple of 3-5 pound weights you'll increase your effort and you can use the weights when you return to your walks. Are you still swimming? When I broke 3 toes one summer my doctor let me do gentle swimming while I healed. To reduce your chlorine exposure when swimming always take a fresh water shower and remain wet. Then your pores and hair won't absorb as much chlorine and alway shower when finished and use an UltraBath at home.
Anyway at least you have started back exercising. I received a weight bench for Christmas and since I had a crash (did too much), I have not finished organizing the room where it will go. Yesterday and today have been my first days back in action, but I am trying to go slow. At least I don't feel as depressed since I have been eating healthy again.
One day at a time to a healthier and happier life.
