Okay, my husband and I are on day 6 of the Ultrasimple Diet.  He has lost 5 lbs and I have gained 1.  We did the enhanced version and have not strayed at all.  I am so disappointed.  I do feel a little better, have a little more energy and I think my skin looks better but I really wanted to lose a few lbs.  Suggestions and words of encouragment are welcome but I think I'm calling it quits.

Give yourself some love, that's working for me still have 50 lb to loose..but im feeling great.

I
understand that it must be frustrating that you actually gained weight
instead of achieving some weight loss and I offer the following
suggestions:

 

 1.
Keep track of your food intake as some of my patients find that
although they are eating the right foods, they may be eating too much
for their bodies to effect a weight loss.

2.       Have
a complete physical including a Thyroid profile (blood test that
includes Free T3, Free T4, TSH, reverse T3, Thyroid antibodies? )

3.       Consider nutrition coaching to support you and provide ongoing guidance.
