Anyone else have Ulcerative Colitis or Chron's Disease??

I have UC and have been doing USD for two weeks. My BM have been consistent and fairly normal, which excites me haha

I have a history of irritable bowel disease, myself, but not UC or Chron's. Glad your elimination is improving! That's a very good thing on this program.
