Diabetes and supplements- help!
I was recently diagnosed with type II diabetes. There is a lot of information out there about the kinds of vitamins to take and I don't know how to chose. Does anyone know from experience or otherwise what I should be taking?

I have found the Lenox Village Integratvie Pharmacy to be quite nice and informative when asked specific questions similar to the one you are asking. If you deicde to call them ask for the Nutritionals Pharmaicst. They are familar with Dr. Hyman's books and programs and are 1 block away from his office. You can also buy from them and they ship if you decide to order from them. They helped me get started with my supplement needs- I don't have diabetes, but they may be able to be of assistance to you. they are quite nice. They have a website where you can get their phone number from.

I have this great book on Herbs! They suggest the herb called Jambul. Do you know where I can get this herb?
