I recently went to see a therapist for depression.  I was given a drug called Seraquel.  I was told not to research it online, because it would scare the daylights out of me.  That is like telling a child not to eat candy when it is put in front of them.  For two weeks I did as I was told.  Started out with 25mg, and worked my way up to 100mg.  That is when everything started happening to me.  I was also taking, Xanex, Ambien to sleep and Lexapro.  I started to have tremors, heart palpatations, feelings of doom and excessive crying.  I went online and read what they didn't want me to read.  This drug is used for people who are schizophrenics, and manic depressant.  I was not either one of these, I was told to continue, and follow protocol.  I immediately started to back off, and worked my way down to 25mg, and then 1/4 of the 25mg.  When I finally stopped, the withdrawels hit, they were as bad as the symptoms I felt being on the drug.  I'm wanting to pass along my situation so no one else has to go through what I did.  I also read where some of the people that had been on this drug, some had died from it.

Just concerned that this can go on, not if I can be of help.
