How to help bone density for the young menopauser.

I am so glad to not be counting calories, as that feels like Food Jail.  I like eating the detox phase goodies as the gluten free eating feels great to my body.  And I am so happy to eat NUTS! My body feels so much better.  And I have lost 7 pounds, which is pretty groovy.

I have just found out that at 43, I have lost 10% of my bone mass compared to 3 years ago with a bone scan.  (10% in my femoral neck, 7.9% in my spine.) Menopause hit me at 38 and am also on meds that compromise bone density, so I am worried about keeping my bone density up!  I am on calcium (1200 mg) and Vitamin D (2000 mg/day and my blood levels are great confirmed by bloodwork by an endocrinologist), and am doing weight bearing exercise in my job every day as well as outside of work, but I want t make sure that I am doing everything I can.  I am too young to have compromised bone density.  If it is lousy now, what will I look like at 60?? Yikes!
