Could someone please clarify this for me. I finally found a calcium, magnesium (citrate) suppement w/ D3. It is also a liquid which I was pleased to find.(?) -- However it contains "fructose". I wrote to the co. and they assured me it is a 'natural' form, not corn syrup. The amount is 3 grams sugar per/serving. The calcium is 1200mg (citrate); the mag. is 600mg (citrate aspartate), and the D3-800IU. Are the advantages here outwieghing the disadvantages, or is this unacceptable? I found the post on fructose but could not find a place to "post", only reply. Thanx, frustrated

I have another concern involving the Vitamin D. The Multiple I found contains 4oo IU and the calcium, magnisium- D3 supplement contains 800 IU. The multiple is an organic food-source tablet, and the calcium combination is a liquid. I would like to know if these amounts are safe. The clerk in the health food store assured me it was, but I would like that confirmed. Thanx, Tracy
