Wound up in Emergency Room

7/1/08 I was feeling great and starting my 4th day of the home delivery foods. I started having really bad stomach pains (none I have ever felt in my life) by the afternoon my son was calling the paramedics on me. They did blood work, urine test, and ultra sound on my gallbladder, liver and pacreaus. They found nothing and as quick as the pain came it went away. Others have been saying I had gas, well I have IBS and never felt anything like that. (I never even had the feeling to expell any gas and gas-x didn't work) Do you agree that it could have been gas?
