Dr Hyman....I am desprate (I am sure you have heard this before).  I have done your ultrasimple 8 week course last year when you started it....I live the ultrametabolism lifestyle...and yet, I have still managed to gain 13 lbs.  No, I do not blame the lifestlye...I blame my Endo...who continunly ingnores my pleas to change my current meds of .2 levoxyl to Armour Thyroid, even with my worsening hypo symptoms (oh they must be caused by something else!) muscle fatigue, brain fog, migraines that last 5-10 days, worsening allergies, colds that do not go away, etc etc...she has tested me for everything...test are "normal"--I am adequatly "supported"...not need to add T3, lets send you send you to Reumatology, Physcology, Dieticians, etc, etc.  I have had to see a Neurlogist because the migraines were so bad!  I can't work--I can't go to school (I was working on my degree in business)--I sleep 3-4 hours a day and I am still tired--I want my life back!!! But here it the problem, my husband is stationed overseas in Germany (Kaiserslaugtern Militiary Community) So I need to find a functional medicine doctor in Germany....but in reality I think I am getting desprate enough to fly to the states for treatment!!  Someone PLEASE help me...

PS Before we moved to Germany I was on 2gr of Armour and feeling wonderful--so I know what it was like....and how it can be....and I also know what I am missing.  I also cried and begged not to be taken off the meds...I knew what would happen...but my Endo said it would be UNETHECHICAL for her to treat me with Armour...I asked how she could say that...I also requested a new doc...but you only get one chance with the military...now my symptoms are worse...and I am thinking of self dosing!
