I'm 26yr old female and I've been going through an extreme crisis.The last six months of my life I've been living in bouts of extreme confusion& pain.Its like any moment my brain is going to completey shut off.

It started off as losing my keys alot and forgeting names,small stuff.Now I just feel  like I go in and out these huges bouts of brain fog.Sometime I can't formulate sentences or how to spell my own name. I've been trying to just act like everything's ok but its getting to the point where its not.

I have taken the quizes in the ultramind solution book and have been following the self help parts which includes excluding gluten and sugars from my diet.I really am desperate to get help and sincerly hoping for a quality response.
