Constipation

I'm now on Day 3 and I've been dealing with constipation. The day before
starting I went through the first 3 steps (including mag citrate oral solution). On day 2 I had to do the same. I know
we're not supposed to use the mag citrate oral solution more than 2
times this week so I wonder what can I do if I encounter this issue
again today or later this week??? Should I skip the mag citrate liquid and go to next step
instead?

Sorry you are having a problem. Here is the number for their office 413-637-9991.

It would really be nice if someone would answer our questions everyday. There usually is only a few and many times, as in your situation, the average person has no idea. I guess at least they will give out this number, occationally.

I hope you are actually having some success in other areas of this diet, since the overall health benefits are amazing.
