I am seeking clarification on an individual supplement I purchased recently. It has 1200mg calcium (citrate), Magnesium (citrate aspartate)600mg, D3 (cholecalciferol) 800IU. It's in a liquid form. (Blue Bonnet). I thought this was even more beneficial? However, the 3grams of 'sugar' is attributed to the 'fructose' on the label. I inquired to the co. and they said it was a 'natural' form, not corn syrup. Is this acceptable and what is the dif? I had a difficult time finding this combination w;the rite sources of minerals,as well. Do the advantages outweight the disadvantages? Thanx, Tracy
