Down 10 pounds!
I weighed in at 141 this morning...that's 10 pounds down since January 2, 2007! Starting with the Ultrametabolism diet then a break and the Ultrasimple diet starting on May 7th!
I took a couple days off...had a couple glasses of Red Wine with Hubby in the evening and a little cheese...and I'm back on the program. My goal right now is 135 but I'd really like to get down to 130 before our cruise in October. I love the simplicity of the plan, as long as I do my food prep work, it's so easy to stick with. The best part is NO HUNGER! ![]()
