Day 1 had to start on a Tues.

Made my broth last night. Am not that organized, still have a couple of things to buy today but not too terribly bad - have most of it. Have also reduced flour intake over the last few days, now it's been two days since having flour. Caffeine is down to half cup of coffee but I think I can do without it tomorrow at Day 2. The green tea tasted like crap! Will have to buy some other band or skip - that was nasty. No dairy since one cheese stick yesterday. Other dairy has been eliminated. No eggs either (sadness - love my eggs).

 Dinner last night - a few bites of store bought rotisserie chick., roasted cauliflower, and some edimame.

Took a mineral bath - nice!

My goal is to feel better so I can exercise more effectively. Daily body aches in joints and muscles has become almost too much. Don't want to medicate every day so I am seeking another way. Hopefully this will work. I am feeling pretty good, not sluggish this morning and fairly calm and unstressed.

Feeling pretty good. Have not cheated yet! Woke up pretty fresh and feel motivated to get moving. Really don't like those shakes and am not a big fan of the broth but can get through it...
