Starting off
I've been browsing through the book and finally did a shopping trip/kitchen clean out, so I'm set to give this a try. Kinda skeptical about how "health-foody" it sounds and to what extent it's necessary vs. gimmicky. But I hear good things and it hardly sounds like it could hurt me, and I'm hoping to be off to a new, healthier place in my life so I figure it's worth a try! We'll see.
