Wow!! I have survived, no scratch that, ACCOMPLISHED the 7 day detox program!! I feel sooo much better, on every level.

I finally started on the diet tonight, finally. Due to extreme interruptions yesterday and today, I wasn't able to get things moving quite as quickly as I'd hoped.
