The challenge
I'm really hoping that this will help me...I'm getting to the point where I feel it would be better to just be heavy and tired and slow and unathletic. It's so discouraging to have spent 20+ years of your life trying to lose weight (especially when those close to you mention that you looked so much better when you were thin that one time).
I'm hopeful this site will provide a good place to talk with others about our experiences and share what works.
