Spring looks like it might come! Tomorrow we have a day out with a nature walk - ahh.

L UM Egg salad on bed of peppers (crackers too - was really hungry!)

Today is my son's seventh birthday! He of course chose McDonalds for dinner. I had and yet another Asian chicken salad - but this time put my own home made Asian dressing on it. I'll have to submit that recipe.

But then I blew it by munching my daughters french fries and eating about half of her cheeseburger. Then I had gotten us all small Sundays, which we usually don't have. And actually, no one really liked it but me.

With the party coming up tomorrow I'm worried. Pizza and ice-cream cake. I think I may have to go out and get the fixings for a salad for the mama!
