 <title>Starting another week of UltraSimple</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot; color=&quot;#3300ff&quot;&gt;I&amp;#39;m starting back on the full US diet today...no more wine for at least a week.  I went grocery shopping with my Daughter on Sat and she&amp;#39;s starting today also...I think it&amp;#39;s her first diet ever and she&amp;#39;s 25!  She eats a lot of fast food...works at a fast food place...but she&amp;#39;s excited about the plan and I told her to be prepared for some of the detox symptoms and get extra rest.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Down 10 pounds!</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot; color=&quot;#3300ff&quot;&gt;I weighed in at 141 this morning...that&amp;#39;s 10 pounds down since January 2, 2007!  Starting with the Ultrametabolism diet then a break and the Ultrasimple diet starting on May 7th!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Ultrasimple Day 7</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot; color=&quot;#3333ff&quot;&gt;Today is Day 7 for me...I plan to take break for a couple days then start again.  I really miss my glass of wine in the evenings so I&amp;#39;ll enjoy one tomorrow and get back on the program.  &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
