Recipes

I posted two recipes. Now I'm not sure where they have gone. Is anybody else posting recipes and if so where do I find them? I am a member of an organic farm. The growing season in FL starts in October and goes to May- different from most. It has been the best thing that I have done so far to progress with Dr. Hyman's eating plan. Not a diet. I don't restrict anything I make choices and plan.

I am looking for recipes for bok choi, hoi choi, tetsoi, etc. These are apparently greens that grow really well in my area. I have made a salad with onions and almonds, cooked them in a stir fry but I would really appreciate some info on other recipes for greens. I tried a simple mustard green soup tonight fresh ginger, sweet potatoes, and a bunch of greens cooked in a broth. It just occurred to me tha miso would have been good in it.

Also corn bread with no gluten. I am learning to cook whole foods with out gluten, and with ep olive oil. A huge change for me. Any body?

My doctor challenge

I did UM, Phase I for two months. I lost 6 lbs. which is better than I have done since menopause.....I felt so much better, more energy and happy. I have never been good talking to doctors. I found a "functional" doctor on Dr. H's website in my area. He is good and way more willing to listen about and do alternative meds. I like him. So now I can't quite get him to do the full court thyroid testing. He did the normal stuff but won't add the rest. I am going to take the book in and ask him to check out the tests. Anybody have any issues with doctors and overcome them?
